Happy New Year! Kiva Poll

All the people I know and have fun with in fandom and on the internet definitely make my life a better place, every year. So I'm giving you a gift, sort of.

I'm making a loan in your name - that is, the name of my f-list and co. - at Kiva.org. Kiva is a microfinance site that lends small but needed amounts of money to people and small businesses working to get themselves out of poverty. And you can pick what specific business you want to help! (Look, they explain it better than I can here.)
