Conveniently, two of fandom's most anticipated premieres this season are on the same night at different times! This calls for a viewing party, and since no one else in my general vicinity appears to have volunteered, I will jump on that grenade of fun.

ANYWAY. September 24 at 8pm is the premiere of Joss Whedon's Agents of SHIELD. At 10pm is the season 3 premiere of Person of Interest. My plan (should you choose to accept it) is to gather interested New York City area (fanfiction) fans at around 7, engage in post-premiere discussion and hanging out at 9, and those interested in Person of Interest and/or who aren't worried about missing their train home can stick around for Part 2 of the premiere shenanigans. No you don't need to particularly know me.
Now, ideally, I would just have all of you over to my place and food, alcohol and beverages would be free. I'm conveniently located near the M and L trains, only 30 minutes from midtown! However, I know a lot of fans feel more comfortable in a public location, and/or in midtown Manhattan. So an alternate option is reserving a table at a respectable midtown bar that allows us to dominate one of their upstairs TVs. However, this would mean all of you have to at least buy an overpriced juice or soda, and there is a possibility we might get mistaken for a bachelorette party. What would you come to?
